My trip to New York City consisted of subway rides, a college tour, tasty food, family time and more.

I can definitely say I know NYC a lot better after this trip. My family and I stayed in SoHo which was a nice change of scenery (we usually stay in Times Square) and travelled all over uptown, downtown and midtown.
Also, I need to talk about the freezing cold weather for a minute! Even though I'm from Texas, I thought I knew what cold weather felt like, but no (LOL)!! The first day I was alright in my leather jacket, but after that I was layering my utility jacket and coat. I should probably get used to this if I want to live in the city, haha.
